Which software versions are you using?I noticed after really digging through the software and documents that there is a different universal installer andIntegriSign Desktop version for 64bit software that is not directly linked on the software download page.I also noticed that NONE of the software says what version of OFFICE they are compatible with, just Windows.Just for shirts and giggles, check the device manager when you plug in the pad and see what Windows detects the hardware as. You may need to manually force the driver association through 'update Driver' and selecting the specific driver.You shoudl also check the control panel applications that are also installed and see if manually changing any of those settings has an effect.
